In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, settlement will be based on the state of the game at the time of the disruption.

• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the gaming system for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack the system in coordination with other players.
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's details.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing behavior directed at others through the platform.

KB8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

1. In the event of a breach of these terms.
2. KYC verification has not been completed.
3. In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
4. At your own request (self-exclusion).
5. Due to prolonged account inactivity.

KB8 will notify you by email before closing your account (except in cases of Terms violations). Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal.
